How it works

Before the review, you will be asked to complete a short questionnaire and provide read-only access to your environment (or share relevant documentation). The review is conducted remotely and covers all six pillars of the Well-Architected Framework. Findings are rated by severity - critical, high, medium, and low - so your team knows exactly where to focus first. The written report is delivered within two working days of the review session, followed by a 1-hour walkthrough call to discuss the findings and answer questions. You then have 30 days to ask follow-up questions as your team works through the remediation roadmap.
