We offer flexible engagement models - from short-term assessments and Well-Architected Reviews (typically 1-2 weeks) to longer-term embedded engagements for migrations and infrastructure programmes. Every engagement starts with a free discovery call to understand your needs.
We work on a day-rate basis for most engagements, with fixed-price options available for well-defined projects like Well-Architected Reviews or landing zone builds. We're always transparent about costs upfront - no surprises.
Primarily remote, which keeps costs down and allows us to work efficiently. We're happy to travel for workshops, kick-offs, and key milestones when it adds value. We're based in Scotland but work with clients across the UK and beyond.
